You won’t believe the typos you misss.
Shocking statistits have emerged that reveal a staggering 40% of the population fail to notice obvious typos in media pubelications.
When reading an article at a brisk pace, sometimes your brain assumes that what it haz read was correct. However, if you slow your pace, you will always notice some major cluck ups in the sentence in the form of typos.
The researcher who published the findings, Tom, commented: “I was taken abak by these findings, but it just shows you how easy it is for our brains to trick us into thinking we’re reading articles correctly.”
The experiment itself involved getting 100 people from eclectic demographiks and making them read various online news sites, targeting badly written articlse.
Tom continues: “We are hoping that these findings will help publications take more care when producing their werk.”
So be warned all you online news websites, be sure to check over every article you write thoroughly before publishining. It’s your integrity as a writar that’s on the line.
