A man has turned orange after consuming 50 large bags of Doritos a day.
A man has had to seek medical help after his skin colour began to change into a shade of orange due to excessive consumption of cheesy Doritos.
The 23-year-old from Bristol got a serious obsession with the cheesy treat at the beginning of this year.
After eating 50 bags of the large packet of crisps every day for 11 months, Ben Radcliffe has allowed his skin to permanently become orange.
Speaking to Pseudo News, Ben said: “It all started after Christmas when a family friend of mine gave me a huge box of tangy cheese Doritos.
It seemed like an endless supply but it lasted me less than a week because I become hooked on the flavour.
I tried everything to cut down and stop but I found myself eating around 50 packets a day.
Reality hit when I woke up after a heavy weekend of binge eating and my skin was bright orange.
I went to the hospital immediately thinking I had some sort of disease.
The doctor told me that because I had eaten so many Doritos it had in fact dyed the colour of my skin.
My case is so far in advance that nothing can be done but in order to prevent the colour getting worse, I have to give up Doritos for good, which is not something I want to hear right before Christmas.
I am currently looking to check myself into the new cheese rehabilitation centre.”
Large packets of Doritos are currently on offer for only £1 from all leading supermarkets.
