People have been taking their custom elsewhere after watching the John Lewis Christmas advert.

This years Christmas advert by John Lewis is not what we all expecting after years of tearjerking footage creates by the retail giant.

Moz the Monster hasn’t received the greatest of welcomes by John Lewis shoppers who have taken their custom elsewhere after being majorly disappointed.

Compared to Aldi and Marks and Spencer, John Lewis has come bottom out of this year’s adverts.

One avid John Lewis shopping, Sharon Tanner, told Pseudo News; “I have done my Christmas shopping at John Lewis for as long as I can remember, until now.

Their advert was a shambles, nobody understood it and it certainly didn’t bring a tear to my eye which they are renowned for doing.

They have clearly given up on providing the best for their customers so I will be taking my business elsewhere this year.”

The advert even received mockery after one creative individual developed a video featuring Theresa May and Boris Johnson with the hashtag Boz the Monster.

A spokesman for John Lewis said that they have seen a dramatic decrease in sales already in the lead up to Christmas with a 30% decline.

But says they are still hoping for a successful Christmas in the December sales.
